Mycoplasma meleagridis is a small bacterium that causes air sacculitis and disorders of the musculoskeletal and reproductive systems in turkeys. These conditions are also referred to as Mycoplasma air sacculitis, Mycoplasma infectious stunting, and Mycoplasmosis. The infection is often subclinical but can manifest as mild stunting.
