PCR Kit Development

Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is a molecular biology technique used to amplify specific DNA fragments in vitro. This technology specifically binds a small segment of artificially synthesized single-stranded DNA fragment (primer) to a specific region of template DNA, and then uses four dNTPs as substrates to synthesize complementary strands with DNA polymerase at a suitable temperature to amplify target DNA with high efficiency. Compared with other technologies, PCR has the advantages of high sensitivity, high specificity, timely and convenient, and has been widely used in the diagnosis of animal pathogens.

Although the basic principle of PCR has remained unchanged, with the continuous development of molecular biology and biotechnology, researchers have improved conventional PCR and derived a variety of PCR techniques, such as quantitative PCR, reverse transcription PCR, RACE-PCR, PCR, nested PCR, multiplex PCR, digital PCR, etc.

PCR Kit Development

With the spread of various infectious animal diseases all over the world, it has brought a huge impact on the social economy. In order to control the epidemic of infectious animal diseases, it is necessary to develop an accurate and efficient detection method for animal pathogens. PCR is a highly sensitive, specific and rapid detection method, which is widely used for the detection of animal pathogens. BioVenic has been committed to the development of diagnostic reagents for animal pathogens for many years, producing various veterinary diagnostic products such as African swine fever, avian influenza, Newcastle disease, foot-and-mouth disease, ruminant abortion, and bovine respiratory diseases. We can customize a range of PCR kits for animal pathogen detection according to your needs. If you have any needs, please feel free to contact us, we can provide you with high-quality products and services.
