Description:
Goat anti rabbit IgG (H&L) antibody recognises the heavy and light chains of rabbit IgG and the light chains of rabbit IgM and IgA. It has been cross adsorbed against pooled human sera and purified human paraproteins.

Preparation:
Antisera to rabbit IgG were raised by repeated immunisation of goats with purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.
