Description:
Goat anti rabbit IgM antibody recognizes the heavy chain of rabbit IgM and has been cross-absorbed against rabbit IgG. This product may cross react with IgM from other species.

Preparation:
Antisera to rabbit IgM were raised by repeated immunisations of goats with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography on rabbit IgM covalently linked to agarose.

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
