Description:
Mouse anti bovine CD45RB, clone CC76, recognizes the RB isoform of the bovine leucocyte common antigen expressed on subpopulations of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. Expression levels of CD45RB are used as a marker for differentiating naïve and memory T lymphocytes. The antigen recognized by clone CC76 is also expressed on B cells but is absent from both macrophages and granulocytes.
