Description:
Mouse anti bovine GM-CSF antibody, clone CC305 recognizes bovine granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) also known as CSF-2. Bovine GM-CSF is a 143 amino acid cytokine which stimulates proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic precursors.
Mouse anti bovine GM-CSF antibody, clone CC305 has been used as a capture antibody in conjunction with Mouse anti Sheep GM-CSF, clone 3C2 as a detection reagent in a sandwich ELISA for the measurement of bovine GM-CSF produced by peripheral blood mononuclear cells in vitro.

Storage:
This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.
Note:
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
