Description:
Mouse anti pig CD45RC, clone MIL5 recognizes a restricted CD45 epitope encoded by the CD45C exon. Binding to the 210 kDa RC isoform of porcine CD45, clone MIL5 recognizes an alternative epitope to that bound by clone MIL15, also against porcine CD45RC. These two clones also differ in their ability to stain B cells in tissue sections. Increased expression of CD45RC was observed during the maturation of porcine gamma delta thymocytes.

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
