Description:
Mouse anti rabbit CD45 antibody, clone L12/201 recognizes the CD45 antigen, also known as leukocyte common antigen (LCA) or T200. Mouse anti rabbit CD45 antibody, clone L12/201 shows pan leucocyte reactivity by flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry.
Immunoprecipitation was achieved by cross linking antibody to the labelled cell surface yielding a protein migrating by gel electrophoresis at a molecular mass of ~200 kDa.

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
