Description:

Mouse anti sheep CD16-Like, clone VPM64 recognizes a cell surface antigen of 65-80kDa which is similar to the human cell surface antigen designated as CD16. It has therefore been hypothesized that clone VPM64 may recognize the ovine homologue of human CD16.
Clone VPM64 recognizes an antigen that is strongly expressed by ovine alveolar macrophages and peripheral blood granulocytes, and more weakly by monocytes and other tissue macrophages.

Storage:

This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.

Note:

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
