Description:
Rabbit anti goat IgG (H/L) antibody recognizes the heavy and light chains of goat IgG. Rabbit anti goat IgG (H/L) antibody may react with the light chains of other goat immunoglobulins.

Preparation:
Antisera to goat IgG were raised by repeated immunisations of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.

Note:
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
