Rabbit anti goat IgM antibody recognizes goat immunoglobulin M. Reactivity to other goat immunoglobulin classes has been minimised by cross-adsorption.
Rabbit anti goat IgM antibody may react with IgM from other species.

Preparation:

Antisera to goat IgM were raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography using antigen coupled to agarose beads.
