Description:

Biotinylated rabbit anti sheep IgG polyclonal antibody recognizes intact ovine IgG, raised against the whole IgG molecule it may recognize epitpoes encompassing both heavy and light chains. The antibody has not been cross adsorbed and may react with immunoglobulins of other subtypes and from other species.
Biotinylated rabbit anti sheep IgG polyclonal antibody is a useful and robust reagent for the detection of bound sheep antibodies with labeled streptavidin as a tertiary reagent.
Biotinylated rabbit anti sheep IgG polyclonal antibody has been used successfully for evaluation of IgG responses in vaccinated and challenged sheep.
