Description:
Rat anti dog CD45R antibody, clone YKIX753.22.2 recognizes canine CD45R and was clustered at the First Canine Leucocyte Antigen Workshop (CLAW). It precipitates an antigen of 220 kDa from Con A Blasts. It is expressed on subsets of leucocytes in canine blood of all outbred mongrels and beagles tested. Rat anti dog CD45R, clone YKIX753.22.2 binds to antigen immunoprecipitated by the rat anti dog CD45 antibody clone YKIX716.13

Storage:
This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.
Note:
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
