Markers Description
Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) PCNA is a 261 amino acid, approximately 28 kDa nuclear protein that acts as a sustained synthesis factor for DNA polymerase δ in eukaryotic cells and is essential for cellular DNA synthesis.
Anti-myelin basic protein (MBP) MBP is a hydrophilic protein that is mainly expressed in oligodendrocytes. It has a key role in myelin formation in the nervous system, in signaling pathways prior to myelin formation, and in myelin regeneration after nerve injury.
